Can I return a product?

This is possible if the product is still unopened and unused! How can I return products ordered on E-quipment

Is it possible to exchange products delivered?

No that is not possible. What you can do is return your order within 14 days and the product you want to have you want to order on E-quipment. You will receive the amount of that order after receipt of your return.
